  (Apr. 14, 2018; 2pm) The staff here doesn't seem to care much about customer service. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes while Ms. Bandana (the girl behind the counter with the head bandana) was doing something with the register; Mr. Percussion (the other clerk with the word percussion stitch to his shirt) was busy with paperwork; and another older lady was busy straightening out an inventory of flutes.
  I could of waited forever, except I had a boy with special needs and he was getting fussy. So finally I asked again, can someone help ring this up. Mr. Percussion said, I'd be right with you, as he continues with his paperwork. Ms. Bandana just glared at me. Mr. Percussion was finally ready; he said, "can I have your phone number?" I said I don't want to give it out, I'm paying cash. He said I need a "profile" to enter the register. I gave him a made up number. He said that's not a real number, I gave him 3 more made up numbers. He gave up and accepted one of my phony numbers and completed my purchase of $3.50.
  This was not the first time I've had poor service at Music & Arts. I've rented violin for my daughter and signed up for lessons. In brief, issues every time (we have changed vendor since).
  I came in today because it was convenient - I just had lunch at Smashburgers).
  Be forewarned, if you're thinking of renting or buying anything that may need service - you'll be disappointed.
