  Terrible insurance service!!!! Do NOT use.
  
  I have probably had the worst experience with this agency. If you are thinking of using this office to insure your properties, please think twice.
  
  We started our policy through this office about 6 or 7 yrs ago. Initially the service was good. Jeff was responsible but about 2-3 years ago all changed.
  
  2 years ago I noticed that I was not sending any car insurance cards so I called. The agent on the phone said she will send it to me immediately, but 2 days later I received nothing. Then I emailed them and called again. I waited another 2 days nothing happened. Finally I gave up and went online and set up my account to print my own. This was not the last time similar requests never get any attention.
  
  About a year ago I asked for a review of my insurance policies. Set up an appointment after multiple attempts. Due to conflict I had to reschedule 2 days before. The receptionist cancelled and even though I gave her multiple options it ended up never got rescheduled. I called back a couple of times asked for rescheduling and never got a call back to confirm a time. There is a pattern!!!! They never follow up.
  
  After hurricane Harvey I was worried my house was flooded. To get access to flood insurance policy for a claim I needed a code issued by my insurance agency. I couldn't recall seeing one sent to me so I emailed and called. Again NO reply. This is absolutely crazy that I am paying so much each year for insurance and yet receive little to no service even at times of need.
  
  If you are thinking of using this office, do NOT!!!! I have had pretty bad experience. I'd say use another Allstate agent.
